Dalmuir and Levengrove ParksWest Dunbartonshire Council2012-2015With Hall Aitken we were commissioned to support the Dalmuir Park restoration project in complying with HLF’s monitoring and evaluation requirements. This involved the development of an evaluation framework, the creation of a toolkit and training for staff in data collection, plus annual evaluation reports. Subsequent to the successful completion of the Dalmuir Park project, West Dunbartonshire Council appointed Shephard & Moyes to evaluate the Levengrove Park restoration project
Durlston County Park RestorationDorset Country Council2016-presentWe have recently been appointed to evaluate the HLF funded restoration project at Durlston Castle, Swanage. The project is currently in the development stage, so we have designed an evaluation framework and set of tools to develop baseline data to inform the Round 2 bid.
Tolpuddle Former Methodist Chapel renovationTolpuddle Old Chapel Trust2017-presentWe have recently been appointed to evaluate the HLF funded renovation of the former Methodist Chapel in Tolpuddle. The project will renovate the building and provide public access, along with a range of community events, interpretation and learning activities in order to encourage greater interest and awareness of the building and its role in the Tolpuddle Martyrs’ story
Satellite clubsYMCA England2014-2016In September 2014 YMCA England was awarded funding from Sport England to run YMCA Satellite Clubs. The programme aimed to provide youth focused sports to clubs to non-sporty youngsters and gave them opportunities to get involved as club leaders or club consultants. We were appointed to evaluate the project using a self-evaluation model combined with independent qualitative research
Place Based FundingSport England/Comic Relief2016-presentWe work with Comic Relief and Sport England to evaluate their new initiative aimed at using sport to help support wider development. We are exploring the impact in each locality and how the process has worked to engage communities.
Active Crew ClubYouth Sport Trust2014-presentWe are evaluating the Active Crew Club with the Youth Sport Trust. This includes schools collecting data from young people before and after they take part in the project. We are also undertaking case study visits to talk in detail to young people about their experience.
London YouthCity Leaders2016-2017We are evaluating the City Leaders project for London Youth. This leadership project supports young people from deprived communities to develop as community leaders. Our work involves supporting the youth clubs to collect date from both young people involved in the project and those not to understand what added value the project has.
